Following the ISSOP Conference in Beirut, we are publishing the Beirut Declaration on
Prohibition of Harm to Children in Armed Conflict. Endorsements from multiple organizations will be sought as part of our drive to protect children from harm and halt the violations of their rights associated with the targetting of civilian populations in modern warfare.
